# Meet Femio: Your Women's Health Tracking Companion

The Femio women's health app brings cycle and symptom tracking, free health calculators, clear guides, and visit planning into one private, easy-to-use place. It helps you record what is happening, spot patterns over time, and have more useful talks with your care team. Femio is for wellness and education. It does not diagnose or treat health conditions.

## What is Femio?

Femio is a women's health website and tracking app made for many stages of life. You can use the public guides and calculators without an account. You can also start tracking privately without an email, then create an account later if you want to sync your data across devices.

The goal is simple: give you a clearer view of the details you choose to record, without pretending that an estimate is a medical answer.

Femio is currently a web app that can be added to your device like an app. Native iOS and Android apps are planned for a later release.

## What can you do with Femio today?

### Track your period and cycle

Use the monthly calendar to log period dates and flow. Femio uses the dates you enter to show an estimated range for your next period. When enough information is available, it also shows how confident the estimate is.

If your cycles vary, Femio uses a wider range instead of forcing your experience into a fixed schedule. It also avoids an unhelpful “late” counter when your cycle pattern is irregular.

### Log symptoms in your own words

Record symptoms, their severity, and any notes that matter to you. You can also add a custom symptom if the standard options do not fit. Regular logging may help you remember when something happened and see how often it returns.

A pattern in your log is not a diagnosis. If a symptom worries you, becomes severe, or affects daily life, talk with a qualified clinician.

### View honest cycle and fertile-window estimates

Femio may show an estimated fertile window and ovulation range based on the cycle dates you record. These dates are estimates, not guarantees. Bodies and cycles change, and an app cannot confirm ovulation from calendar dates alone.

**Predictions are estimates, not guarantees, and are not a method of birth control.** Do not use Femio to decide when pregnancy cannot happen.

### Prepare for a clinician visit

Femio can turn your selected cycle dates, symptoms, and notes into a clear visit summary. You can print it or save it as a PDF, then choose whether to share it with a clinician.

This summary can make it easier to remember what you logged. It is a personal tracking summary, not a medical record or clinical advice.

### Use free calculators

Femio has free tools for:

- Estimated due date

- Estimated fertile window

- Gestational age

- Body mass index (BMI)

- Average cycle length

No account is needed to use these tools. Their results are general estimates for learning and planning. They do not assess your health or replace advice from a clinician.

### Choose how you use your data

You can begin without an email or create an account to sync across devices. In settings, you can review optional data choices, export your data, or delete your account and data.

Femio’s product policy is that health data is never sold or shared with advertisers. Read the current Privacy Policy before entering health information. It explains what Femio collects, why it is used, which service providers are involved, and which controls are available to you.

### Use Femio in your language

Femio supports English, Arabic, French, and Spanish. Arabic includes right-to-left layouts. Health content in each language must complete its own review before publication, so translated wording stays accurate and clear.

## How to get the most benefit from Femio

### 1. Start with the reason you came

During setup, choose the focus that fits you now. You can change it later. Starting with a clear focus keeps the dashboard useful and reduces information you do not need.

### 2. Log consistently, not perfectly

Record the first day of each period and update the end date when it finishes. Add flow and symptoms when they are useful. A simple, regular record is often more useful than trying to remember every detail weeks later.

### 3. Add context to important symptoms

For symptoms you want to discuss, note their severity, timing, and effect on daily life. Short notes such as “woke me at night” or “missed work” may give your clinician more useful context than a symptom name alone.

### 4. Read dates as ranges

Treat predicted dates as a planning aid. Check the range and confidence level instead of expecting one exact day. Estimates can change as you add new cycle information.

### 5. Review your history before an appointment

Open your visit summary before a consultation. Check that it includes the dates, symptoms, and notes you want to discuss. Print it or save it as a PDF only if that is useful to you.

### 6. Keep your privacy settings current

Review your choices when your needs change. Export a copy if you want one, and delete information you no longer want Femio to hold. If you use a shared device, protect access to the device and sign out of your account when appropriate.

### 7. Use the learning tools to prepare questions

Use Femio’s articles, glossary, and calculators to understand common terms and prepare questions. They are a starting point for a health conversation, not a way to decide what condition you have or which treatment you need.

## What is coming later?

Femio is being built in stages. Fuller tools for trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause are planned, along with other future features. Some life stages may already appear during setup so Femio can understand what people need, but that does not mean every related tracker is available today.

Product plans can change. Check the app and official Femio updates for the latest feature availability.

## Important safety limits

- Femio supports wellness tracking, education, and organization of information you enter.

- It does not diagnose, stage, predict, rule out, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition.

- It does not interpret an individual result or tell you which treatment or dose to use.

- Cycle and fertile-window predictions are estimates. They are not contraception and must not be used to identify a “safe” day to avoid pregnancy.

- Calculator results are general estimates and may not fit your personal situation.

- A Femio visit summary is not a medical record and does not create a clinician–patient relationship.

- Femio is not an emergency service. If you may be in immediate danger or have severe or sudden symptoms, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is Femio a medical app?

Femio is a wellness, education, and tracking service. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

### Do I need an account?

No. You can use the public calculators and learning pages without an account, and you can begin tracking without an email. Creating an account lets you sync information across devices.

### Can Femio tell me exactly when my next period will start?

No. Femio shows an estimated range based on the dates you enter. Your cycle may change, so the actual date may fall outside that range.

### Can I use Femio’s fertile-window estimate to avoid pregnancy?

No. The fertile window is an estimate for awareness and conception planning. It is not a reliable method of birth control and cannot identify a day when pregnancy is impossible.

### Does Femio work for irregular cycles?

You can still record your periods and symptoms. When cycles vary, Femio uses wider prediction ranges and does not show a “late” counter. Estimates may be less certain when there is more variation.

### Are full pregnancy and menopause trackers available now?

Not yet. Fuller pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause experiences are planned for later releases. Femio’s current tools include cycle and symptom tracking, free calculators, and visit summaries.

### Can I share my Femio information with a clinician?

Yes. You can choose to print or save a visit summary as a PDF. Review it first and share it only when you want to.
